Hunter Biden, the son of the US President, allegedly begged one of Maryland's most wanted criminals to send him crack cocaine to a fancy hotel in Los Angeles, according to < em>The Sun.

In June 2018, he allegedly asked Voshawn Sample to deliver drugs to him at the Chateau Hotel Marmont, where he was staying.

Hunter Biden reportedly stayed there under the pseudonym of Joseph Smith, in reference to the founder of Mormonism, according to text messages obtained by The Sun.

From May until August 2018, the two men would have exchanged text messages.

The latter, however, show that Mr. Sample would often have posed a problem for Hunter Biden, as was the case that evening in June 2018.

In September 2021, Voshawn Sample was wanted in connection with an armed robbery and assault at a liquor store in Glen Burnie, Maryland, becoming one of the state's most wanted criminals.

He is currently incarcerated and is expected to go to trial in November, according to The Sun
