The establishment, located in a street near the Place de la Comédie, was subject to a six-month administrative closure decided by the prefect.
A new administrative closure, in connection with the illicit sale of tobacco, was declared by the prefect of Hérault, this Monday, January 8.
Six months of closure
It concerns the Narguiswag hookah store, located rue du Clos-René, between Place de la Comédie and Saint-Roch station. 64 kg of hookah tobacco were discovered in the basement.
The police and state services had already recently carried out control operations in this sector of the city center, followed by administrative closures.
This time, the business is closed for six months.
