It turned out that there was a quarrel between 38-year-old driver of a Ford and 35-year-old passenger of the car Dewoo Lanos on the basis of a sudden hostile relations. One of the citizens shot the opponent, in advance, from a traumatic weapons, wounding him in the chest. The wounded man was hospitalized and another participant in the accident taken to the police station, where he gives evidence. The weapons were seized for expert examination.

Information about the event is entered in the register of pre-trial investigations under part 1 of article 125 of the criminal code of Ukraine “Deliberate slight injury”, the sanction of article provides penalty imposing to fifty free minima of the income of citizens or public works for the term up to two hundred hours, or corrective works for the term up to one year. Investigative actions proceed.
