A broken water main disrupts traffic on the Saint-Joseph boulevard, in the borough of Plateau-Mont-Royal, Montreal.

The waters overflowed on the boulevard Saint-Joseph around the streets of Mentana and Boyer to 23: 20.

Firefighters were able to close the inlets of the pipe from 16 inches to 2 h 30.

Hydro-Québec, Energir and the Société de transport de Montréal have been requested in the reinforcement, due to the proximity of their facilities, but have not had to act, since the flooding has not affected their network.

The water main breaks has not done any damage, since no building has been flooded.

The public works have been requested in the night to perform emergency work in the sector, which will disrupt the traffic on the road.

No deadline has been given concerning the realization of this work.
