The man-hunt to find Martin Carpentier continues, but already, teddy bears, messages of condolences, candles and memorabilia have been filed on Sunday at the Parc des Chutes-de-la-Chaudière in tribute to Norah and Romy.
“Two little rays of sunshine have become little angels today. Rest in peace,” one can read on a note left on-site.
“You were little girls so nice, full of joy of live, dynamic and fun. You deserved not what happened to you. Rest in peace girls, I’ll be thinking of you always”, we read on another message.
The longest AMBER alert in Quebec’s history has had an unhappy ending yesterday. Girls Norah, age 11, and Romy , 6 years old, were found without life around the noon hour.
Martin Carpentier, is still actively sought by the police.
