In Russia opened a criminal case against Ukrainian judges, which recognized the illegal annexation of Crimea

In Russia opened a criminal case against 15 judges of the constitutional court of Ukraine. The Russian investigative Committee did not like that the judges of the CCU declared unconstitutional the so-called “Declaration on independence of Crimea”. This “Declaration” Russia formalized the annexation of the Peninsula.

Now Russia intends to prosecute the judges of the Ukrainian Yuri nos, Basil Bryntseva, Sergei Vdovichenko, Michael Goleta, Mykhailo Zaporozhets, Alexander Litvinov, Nikolai Melnik, Sergey SAS, Oleg Sergeychuk, Igor, Slidenko, Petro Stetsyuk, Oleksandr Tupikova, Natalia Shaptala, Stanislav Shevchuk and Viktor Shishkin.

Formally, the Ukrainian judges in Russia were charged with “violation of equality of rights and freedoms of man and citizen.”

Recall, March 14, 2014 the constitutional court of Ukraine recognized illegal the decision about holding a referendum in the Crimea.
