Checks carried out in August by the Agde municipal police, the National Police and Codaff, the departmental body responsible for combating public finance fraud, social fraud, illegal work, as well as tax and customs fraud, resulted in these decisions. The cause was the illegal sale of alcohol from Spain.

And ten closures! It is an understatement to say that the checks carried out by the authorities last summer were not for nothing. We have learned that three new Agde establishments have been subject to administrative closure this week.

In the naturist village, the QAKC and Le Pharaon, which belong to the same owner, have been sentenced to two months of closure, from September 25 to November 25. “During an inspection on August 8 of a box attached to the operation of the QAKC and Le Pharaon establishments, 58 bottles of alcohol from Spain, intended for the resale", is stated in the report of the Béziers sub-prefecture.

Alcohol from Spain discovered in the establishment (2.4 liters) and "intended for resale", this is also what led the authorities to order the closure for fifteen days of the Roquille Beach, located in the Rouergue car park in Cap d'Agde, from September 26 to October 10.
