An armed robbery took place on Saturday in the luxury jewelry store Bulgari, located on the emblematic Place Vendôme in Paris, for damage estimated at several million euros, we learned with the police and the prosecution.
According to the first elements, three individuals on two motorcycles arrived at the jewelry store around 1:45 p.m., said a police source.
Two of them were carrying long guns, she said, adding that they had hit the security guard.

The damage estimated at “several million euros was still being assessed” Saturday at the end of the day, said a source close to the investigation to AFP.
On videos posted on social networks that seem to correspond to the robbery, we see two imposing black motorcycles parked on the sidewalk in front of the jewelry store. A helmeted, armed man dressed in black kept watch.
Then the three men fled on the two motorcycles, according to the images.
The Bulgari jewelry store had already object of an armed robbery in September 2021, the damage of which was estimated at 10 million euros.
Among the team of robbers, one had been injured in the leg by a police officer. Arrested, he was charged and imprisoned.
In June 2022, two other suspects were arrested and charged. They are also in pre-trial detention.
