Since June 11, 2024, several batches of dry Aveyron sausages have been recalled in many stores in France due to the risk of salmonella contamination.
Hard blow for the Aveyron company producing artisanal dry charcuterie products, "Les Gorges de l’Aveyron".
Located in the artisanal zone of La Bastide-l’Évêque in the commune of Bas-Ségala, the producer launched Tuesday June 11, 2024 a health campaign via Rappel Conso.
Contaminated by salmonella
Indeed, its dry perch sausages sold by the cut are contaminated by salmonella.

The recalled products were marketed between May 30 and June 11, 2024 with lot number 202A. The expiration date is August 2, 2024. The barcode is: 3424640001000.

The brands concerned are found throughout France: they are Auchan, Leclerc, Promocash, Intermarché and Super U.
A risk of infection
Those who eat this product may end up with a toxic infection. As well as symptoms like fever, headache, nausea and diarrhea.
