Les nageurs de Grand-Quevilly n’auront pas pu profiter du petit bassin de la piscine Camille Muffat ce 8 octobre 2024. Et pour cause, un "excrément de grosse ampleur" a été retrouvé dans l’eau.

On the evening of October 8, the Camille Muffat swimming pool in Grand-Quevilly was forced to close its small pool and have it evacuated.

Indeed, the swimming pool employees had to deal with a surprising discovery, an excrement "of large magnitude" in the water, relate Actu76.

A protocol for hygiene reasons

All activities in the pool have therefore been suspended as announced by the complex on its Facebook page.

An employee, interviewed by Actu76, confirms the information, before specifying that "it’s something rare thing”. The protocol to follow is therefore to “filter the entire basin” for hygiene reasons.

Our colleagues have not had an answer concerning the questions surrounding "the magnitude" of the discovery.
