Demonstrating relevant, fresh music of the continent, the stage Sziget festival – Europe Stage – presents artists on the verge of a European breakthrough. With the latest album “OTD” Ivan Dorn already defied the boundaries, receiving attention far beyond Eastern Europe. His music says Billboard and Complex, and skillful mix house 90s, pop, nu-disco, funk and free jazz makes him one of the most daring innovators on the Ukrainian scene. Statement Ivan Dorn Sziget on August 11 will be a unique “collabos” Darubandi and atmosphere of the iconic festival.
Sziget is proud of its international program from more than 1,000 artists from about 60 countries of the world. Europe Stage has an important place in it as a whole and the familiarity of Europeans with Ukrainian music. Except Ivan Dorn on the Europe Stage at Sziget festival this year will be the award winner Music APPS & SZIGET: Awards 2019. The long list of awards, from 14 contemporary Ukrainian artists were announced the other day.
In past years, on the stage of the Sziget Stage Europe were Ukrainian ONUKA, 5’nizza, Brunettes Shoot Blondes, Kadnay, Atomic Simao and Ukrainian-Belarusian Brutto.
