The two French rugby players charged with aggravated rape for nearly two months in Argentina were authorized Tuesday by the courts to leave the South American country “from now on”, announced the provincial justice of Mendoza (west).
During a hearing in Mendoza, the prosecution did not oppose the prosecutor's recommendation on Monday to authorize the departure of Hugo Auradou and Oscar Jegou from Argentina, the court said in a statement. “This resolution therefore remains valid, and they will be able to leave the country from now on,” the statement added.
