US President Joe Biden has said he will speak on Monday morning to reassure Americans about the banking system, following the failure of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank. < /p>
“I will comment on how we will maintain a resilient banking system to protect our historic economic recovery,” he said in a statement from the White House on Sunday evening.
