John Tortorella invites Joel Farabee's agent to shut up

Philadelphia Flyers head coach John Tortorella doesn't seem to be softening with the years. 

Like the Pennsylvanian team, striker Joel Farabee does not know the expected season. Limited to 26 points in 60 games, the American winger was only entitled to 3 min 52 s. game in a 4-3 victory over the Calgary Flames on Monday.

The Daily Faceoff media outlet then reported that his agent, Shawn Hunwick, had expressed his dissatisfaction with the state- Flyers major regarding the use of Farabee in 2022-2023.

Friday, before a 5-1 loss to the Montreal Canadiens, Tortorella was made aware of the situation and he did not didn't mince words.

“His agent isn't happy? Is this happening? He's complaining to the media because he's mad about Joel? Oh my God. He should just shut up. Agents should not be involved in this,” he said with his usual casualness, according to the NBC network.

Before evolving under the orders of Tortorella, Farabee had notably experienced a season of 20 goals and 38 points in 55 games during the shortened 2020-2021 season.
