MISE & Agrave; DAY
The sex therapist Louise Sigouin has not finished helping Quebecers to have better romantic and emotional relationships, as she does in docu-reality If we loved each other at TVA.
She has already offered the books Si on s'aimait (volumes 1 and 2), but now she is back with the box of the same name, which contains 194 questions relating to the five dualities of her approach, always with the aim of getting people to strive for emotional well-being, both in love and sexual.
The idea is to think things through to inspire us to take action to improve our relationships with others. By knowing each other better, we can indeed shine more harmoniously with those around us and even make room for a new loved one or new friends.
“In order to keep thinking more and more far away, the Si on s'aimait boxoffers 55 cards grouped according to the three laws [emotional autonomy, authenticity and self-esteem], seven keys and 12 tips previously exposed in volume 2 of the series. Each card offers a striking sentence taken from Louise Sigouin's speech and invites reflection through awareness-raising, which is done through questions, practical exercises or challenges ”, we explained in a press release on Tuesday. .
As for the two volumes, the Si on s'aimait box, available now in bookshops, is offered in collaboration with François De Falkensteen and published by Éditions de l'' Male.
Produced by Duo Productions, in collaboration with Quebecor Content, the third season of the docu-reality is underway. From December 6 to 9, for a special week, Louise Sigouin will welcome former participants of the first two versions, just to see where they are in their personal journey. Émily Bégin and Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge are, like the viewers, at the forefront of all the episodes of Si on s'aimait and comment on the situations as we do in our living rooms.
< p> The documentary reality Si on s'aimait is broadcast from Monday to Thursday, at 7:30 p.m., on TVA.
