BC Lions quarterback Nathan Rourke will need surgery on his right foot and will miss several weeks of activities.

On Sunday, the club of the Canadian Football League (CFL) announced that its jewel suffered from a Lisfranc sprain.

“The team hopes that the operation and rehabilitation will open the door to a return at the end of season, “said the Lions on their Twitter account.
