Claims

The main demands relate to the revaluation of compensation and acts of the nomenclature, and to access to full-rate retirement before the age of 67. "At the moment, we are between 64 and 67 years old and that's a lot, given the number of hours we work, details Laetitia Revol, nurse and member of the collective.

Nurses are calling for an update of their nomenclature, through the creation of "silent care" : installation of drains, administration of eye drops, installation of blood sugar sensors… Care that they believe is provided on a voluntary basis. "We fight for dignity and good -be one of our patients. Without them, we don't exist either.
