Loca Ren't, which helps owners rent their property on Airbnb, arrives in Montpellier

La société qui a été créée dans l'est de la France propose une "approche globale de la gestion locative". 

A new player is entering the Airbnb property management market. Its name: Loca'Rent. Based in Champagne-Ardennes, the company is arriving in Montpellier. Created four years ago by Fabien Baijot, the company aims to "democratize" the Airbnb concierge profession. LocaRen't manages 280 homes in the Grand Est region in Reims, Charleville-Mézières, Sedan, Châlons en Champagne, Epernay.

"Our expansion to the south is a natural step in our growth. We are bringing our proven expertise to a new, dynamic market", says the manager. The latter highlights a "global approach to rental management". Namely the optimization of Airbnb listings, personalized communication with travelers, complete management with key delivery, cleaning and linen maintenance. “We simplify the lives of owners while maximizing their income: our strength is their peace of mind.”

A specialized offer for exceptional properties has been developed to meet the high-end market. Multilingual hosts, a 5-star hotel cleaning and linen team, qualified staff for the maintenance of luxury equipment (swimming pools, jacuzzis, hammams, saunas) can be made available. 

In Montpellier, the number of days of rental of one's main residence on Airbnb amounts to 120 per year.
