Dans une interview accordée au journal Le Parisien le 10 février 2024, Garbiel Attal a annoncé qu'il voulait porter la loi "Macron 2" avant l'été. De quoi s'agit-il ?
The first one attracted a lot of attention. During an interview with our colleagues from Parisien, Prime Minister Gabriel Attal indicated that he intended to present a law called "Macron 2" before summer.
First cap
Gabriel Attal sets his course for his government, starting with a bill to come in the coming months. In order to "prepare for the long term", the Prime Minister wants to present before summer a text called "Macron 2", for "liberate economic activity, growth and industrial development".
Reindustrialization and standards
Gabriel Attal announced that this text will aim to go "further in our reindustrialization in the spirit of ;green industry". He also mentioned the simplification of standards, a recurring subject in recent weeks, against a backdrop of the farmers' crisis.
"There are sectors, such as condominium trustees or the sale of medicines online, for which we can simplify a certain number of rules and conditions access to certain professions". He estimates "60 billion euros and economic losses" the weight of standards.
"It is obviously not a question of removing them all since'there are useful standards, […] but we can really simplify", nuanced the head of government.

The Macron law
Reference to the first text bearing the name of Emmanuel Macron, then Minister of the Economy, the law "Macron 2" is intended to be an extension of "Macron 1". The latter was promulgated in 2015, with France's "three diseases" in its sights according to the former head of Bercy: distrust, complexity and corporatism.
In this text praised by the Medef, Emmanuel Macron defended various measures ranging from the relaxation of night work to that of the permit through a reform of the industrial tribunal, & ;nbsp;a professional card in the construction industry to avoid fraud and undeclared work or even the establishment of national bus lines, note Le Monde.
