Autour de Jérôme Despey, président de la chambre d'agriculture de l'Hérault, Laurent Thieule et Patrice Lafont apprécient l'opération.
For the first time, the two unions have joined forces to jointly taste two products very popular with the French on the stand of the Hérault departmental council.
A marriage that resonates as obvious: that of Mediterranean oysters accompanied by a cannon of Picpoul de Pinet. A union of reason which allows us to promote two products of& ;nbsp;terroir which combine wonderfully.

For the occasion, the CRCM (Regional Committee for Shellfish Culture of the Mediterranean) and the union of the AOP Picpoul-de-Pinet pulled out all the stops this Sunday afternoon on the Agricultural Show in Paris, to make common cause.
And success was guaranteed by the number of amateurs who came to taste "in order, first an oyster and on top, a small coup de picpoul", explains Océane as she devours these crustaceans from the Thau basin.
An association "full of freshness"
Thaïs, 29 years old, from Paris is preparing a career change in wine, she has come to appreciate this association "full of freshness. It's really very nice. Now, you'll have to come and taste them in the South".
The groups follow one another, enough to delight the professionals who undertook the operation. In particular the president of the CRCM Patrice Lafont who is pleased to "share our common ancestral stories". "A story that we celebrate here at the Salon de l'agriculture but that we will continue in all the market halls of the region", continues Laurent Thieule president of the Picpoul de Pinet union. For a "natural" which will delight many gourmets for many years to come.
