To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, wearing a mask will be mandatory in indoor public places from July 15, announced the City of Mercier.
“This decision is based on the recent opinions of the department of public health, which recommend strongly the wearing of the covers-face in indoor public places”, said Saturday the mayor Lise Michaud, by issuing a press release.
The regulatory amendment will be ratified at the next regular meeting of the city council of Mercier, on July 14, has been provided.
