In February, Francis Renaud filed a complaint against the filmmaker André Téchiné as well as André Moulévrier for "< /em>sexual harassment", "repeated death threat" and "sexual assault". Acts committed between 1988 and 2004. However, certain counts will certainly not be able to be retained according to the magistrate. "To at first glance, the facts that Francis Renaud denounces are all prescribed because of their seniority", added Francis Renaud, cited by the Huffington Post.
Rémi Coutin, prosecutor of Évreux, announced that he had opened an investigation "without retaining a precise criminal qualification for the moment because the hearing of Francis Renaud calls on me for the moment to exercise the greatest caution".< /p>

But everyday life evokes "Rage in the heart" a work published in 2018 by the actor which tells how a "super casting director" told him: "Cuission rights exist. To succeed, you have to have sex." Adding that the man had put his hand between her legs in order to "catching the penis gently through (his) pants.
Filmmaker André Téchiné responded through his lawyer Ms. Julia Minkowski to Parisien:< em> "I am obviously sorry that (Francis Renaud) was embarrassed by my sentimental, clumsy verbal approach during this lunch. I was of course wrong, at the time, not to have been able to perceive that our relationship was not in his eyes on an equal footing due to my status as director. On the other hand, I can only express my incomprehension today regarding this filing of a criminal complaint."
