Metz – MHSC: sanction confirmed by the CNOSF for “Kiki” Kouyaté

Montpellier had appealed the decision of the disciplinary committee to impose a three-match suspension on its defender.

"Kiki" Kouyaté will not make the trip to Metz with Montpellier. Suspended three matches after his red card received in Monaco, the Montpellier defender saw this decision confirmed by the CNOSF which the club had requested for an appeal.

A sanction which will not calm the anger of coach Michel Der Zakarian.

He considered last week that Lensois Danso's tackle on Mousa Tamari was worth an exclusion like that of Kouyaté.
