Microsoft is testing a new feedback feature that aims to make Windows 10 better.
The company now allows participants of the program testing prerelease builds call engineers via Skype at a prearranged time, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to internetua.com.
The experiment began this month. While the company is studying the feedback on the work function of switching Windows and applications by pressing ALT + Tab.
The company had previously invited test participants to special events, but it was not very effective due to regional restrictions and a lack of time for communication with all participants.
Also Microsoft has a app Feedback Hub through which the company collects user feedback about the running system and its functions.
