Midisoft celebrates its 40th anniversary between innovation and proximity in the IT world of Béziers
|L’ADN de Midisoft : agilité, proximité et réactivité. Midi Libre – A. F.
The Béziers company Midisoft is celebrating its forty years of existence this year. Founded on principles of proximity and technical expertise, it has evolved under the leadership of Mathieu Cazorla and Stéphane Lledo, from family takeover to the strategic acquisition of Alias Computer science.
Founded four decades ago by René Oullié and Paul Severac, the IT services company Midisoft aimed, at its creation, at accounting firms, before expanding its offer to a clientele wider professional scope in the greater Biterrois region. Mathieu Cazorla, René Oullié's son, joined the family business in 1997 as a systems and network administrator, around the same time as Stéphane Lledo. In 2016, when the founders retired, the two men naturally emerged as their successors. "We had worked together for almost ten years, our partnership worked well. This takeover project was therefore a logical continuation," explains Mathieu Cazorla.
The new management will then boost its dynamism while respecting the historical DNA of the company.« We are not revolutionaries at heart. We preserved the values while modernizing what could be. » The transition between the two generations materializes in the company's move in 2018: "The previous premises lacked light but were designed on a single platform, which allowed information to flow very easily. We therefore maintained this openness and this communication while placing emphasis on the well-being of the teams."
Acquisition of Alias Informatique
The year 2021 marks another key milestone in the history of Midisoft with the acquisition of Alias Informatique in Perpignan – a strategic expansion that strengthens the presence of the company ;company in the Occitanie region and also to benefit from a synergy between the two entities. "We have common values and energy. We have merged our human and technical expertise to grow and evolve, specifies the co-manager. He adds: "This project also arrived at a time when I wanted to take on a new challenge, independent of the family business."< /em>
A local actor
Proximity to customers is at the heart of Midisoft's philosophy. "We start from the principle that to offer real responsiveness and agility in the service – whether for the installation of equipment or for the management of a complete computer network – it is essential to be located around twenty minutes from our customers." The objective of Midisoft: to make life easier for its customers in a constantly evolving IT world and to allow them to concentrate on their core business.
When asked about future projects, the co-managers affirm that they do not aim to be the undisputed leaders in their market but that they aspire to excel in their field by providing a high-quality service in which "the human remains at the center of the game." For this, The year 2024 will focus on the continuous improvement of internal processes to maximize the efficiency and professionalism of the company, while preserving the quality of life at work for employees. "What makes our company is people. New tools and new technologies are simply at our service to satisfy our customers."
