MONTREAL – Two men have been victims of an attempted murder Saturday evening in the sector of the Petite-Bourgogne, in the montreal borough of South-West.
The event occurred shortly before 23 o’clock on the terrasse Coursol near the rue Saint-Martin, where police officers called to the scene located a man of 25 years injured at the top of the body.
The victim was transported to a hospital where one does not fear for his life, said a spokesperson for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).
Another victim, a teenager of 13 years of age, presented herself at the hospital for a gunshot wound to the lower body.
According to officer Jean-Pierre Brabant, the life of the victim is not in danger.
A security perimeter was erected on the rue Saint-Martin, between the streets Saint-Jacques and Saint-Antoine. Of the forensic identification officers moved to the scene to analyze the scene.
A canine unit was requested to the site to perform searches on items of evidence that may advance the investigation.
The two victims will be encountered by investigators will have to determine the exact circumstances of the attempted murder.
