Ingrid St-Pierre released the first extract from her next album on Wednesday, scheduled for release in 2023.
The artist has once again worked with Philippe Brault to make this new song, “Mothers,” which comes with a music video featuring mothers rising up in the face of the climate emergency.
The latter depicts about fifty women from the group Mères au front with their children. Standing in a verdant forest, each of them bears the green heart, a symbol for improving the lot of children in the face of inaction in the face of climate change.
The music video was directed by Anaïs Barbeau -Lavalette and Frédérique Bérubé.
