The stage of Falcon 9 was missed by the platform and sat in the ocean. Wednesday, December 5, the company SpaceX successfully launched a rocket into space, the Falcon 9, which should be delivered to the ISS nearly 2.5 tons of cargo.
However, when returning to Land the first stage there was a technical failure. It failed to return back to the space platform and the SpaceX team had to put her in the Atlantic ocean off the coast of Florida. This was announced by the founder of the company Elon Musk in his Twitter.
According to him, the cause of the accident was standing out of the pump hydraulic control system lattice stabilizatori.
“The hydraulic pump of lattice stabilizers is stopped, so the Falcon sat straight up in the sea. Seems intact and transmits the data,” wrote Musk.
Elon Musk has also published a video and landing the first stage of the rocket.
