Plusieurs syndicats appellent à la grève dans l'Education nationale jeudi 1er février pour les sujets suivants : conditions de travail, les salaires, les postes et les réformes.

France is one of the OECD countries with the lowest paid teachers. If the Pact is abandoned, why not put this money back into salaries ?" 

The unions are also demanding emergency salary measures to get AESH and AED "who are in the red" out of precariousness. to enable inclusion in schools. They refuse any merger of accompanying persons into the same status.

Removal of positions

The strike movement will allow teachers to point the finger at their working conditions: "We have lost so many positions in recent years", alarms Myriam Vermale. The abandonment of job cuts to reduce staff numbers is part of the messages that will be sent this Thursday to the government. The strikers also demand the withdrawal of the vocational education reform and the opening of consultations.

The unions are calling for demonstrations this Thursday, February 1 in Nîmes, from 10:30 a.m., departing from Maison Carrée, to also denounce the "Clash of knowledge" wanted by the former minister and current head of government Gabriel Attal who "causes inequalities". "The strike will probably be well followed with this call from a good number of trade union organizations.

School card: announcements in February

The unions will be received by Dasen this Wednesday, January 31 regarding the school map in Gard. We will only have one position out of the ten allocated by the Academy because we would lose 670 students.
