In the East, three substitutes celebrate their first selection for the annual NBA show: sophomore (2nd NBA season) Paolo Banchero (Orlando), Philadelphia point guard Tyrese Maxey and New York Knicks Jalen Brunson.

Jaylen Brown (Boston, 3rd selection), Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland, 5th), Bam Adebayo (Miami, 3rd) and Julius Randle (New York, 3rd) complete the bench, the already known starters being Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee), Joel Embiid (Philadelphia), Jayson Tatum (Boston), Damian Lillard (Milwaukee) and Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana).
