NFL: Faith of A.J. Brown, the Titans will have to change their signals
Former Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown has revealed he shared the Tennessee club's offensive signals to his new roster, the Philadelphia Eagles, before the two teams faced off this season.
The 25-year-old opened up about the issue during his appearance on the Raw Room podcast.
“J gave all the details [to the Eagles]. I'm talking about cadences and absolutely everything, he said. They [the Titans] never change anything. I spoke to the guys in defense and they were asking me what this or that meant. I replied: send me a video of one of their games and I'll explain everything to you “.”
The Eagles and the Titans faced off during the 13th week of activity and the Pennsylvania club won 35-10.
Brown also had his best performance of the season with eight catches for 119 yards and two touchdowns.
The Titans traded the star player last April for a first-round draft pick.
In 2022, in his fourth NFL season, Brown set career-highs in yards (1,496) and catches (88). He also tied his mark for majors listed (11).
