The City of Nîmes is opening registrations to reserve meals for school catering, the Leisure Center associated with the school (Alaé), the Leisure Center without accommodation (ALSH), and sports workshops and courses. Online registration opens this Monday, August 26 on mes.demarches.nimes.

These online procedures are accessible on the new family portal which aims to facilitate access conditions and harmonize the user's journey in their registration procedures for various peri- and extracurricular activities.

Reservation of meals at least five days before consumption

On this new interface, parents will be able to create and update their Single Child File (DUE) necessary for their procedures and their Family Pass which allows for personalized pricing. Beyond a space that groups together procedures, this new family portal facilitates the management of invoicing.

For canteen meals, in order to limit waste as much as possible, the City is relaunching meal reservations with payment upon ordering. The principle is the same: parents are asked to reserve canteen meals at least five days before consumption. They have the possibility of choosing the dates of consumption by day, week or month. No processing time, the reservation is immediate after payment. It is possible to modify and/or cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before consumption.
