Fans of metal everywhere on the planet will flash at the same time, on Saturday, when the Anvil will take to the planks of the bar-show the Anti-to Quebec.
The canadian outfit will offer a concert virtual paying online with tickets that have been sold in Japan, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Greece, Switzerland, Austria, Chile, Mexico, and throughout North America.
The singer-guitarist Steve “Lips” Kudlow, bassist Chris Robertson and drummer Robb Reiner will come up on the boards to 17h. It will be 22h in the United Kingdom, six in the morning in Japan and 7 in Australia, where it will be on Sunday.
This time unusual was chosen in order to encourage hour interesting for fans of Anvil of anywhere on the planet.
At the end of the over, Lips confess not to know what to expect.
“No one has ever done that, to give a concert in front of a person. I can’t say that I’m excited to play in front of anyone, but the experience is going to be interesting”, he started laughing, during a phone interview.

Anvil, which has launched Legal at Last, his 18th studio album, on the 17th of February last, had to perform a tour of 14 shows in Quebec in July. The training had to stop at the Anti the 7 and 8 July.
The legendary trio behind the albums Metal on Metal and Forged In Fire gave its last performance on march 17 at Swinton in the Uk. The rest of his european tour has been cancelled and 35 concerts have been postponed in November and December 2020.
The producer and co-owner of the Anti Karl-Emmanuel Picard got the idea of this service virtual.
“I often come Anvil to Quebec over the past three years. I have a relationship a little relationship with them and we fixed it in less than a day,” he said.
