A video filmed in Disneyland, California, has sparked outrage among internet users because of the attitude of a Minnie Mouse mascot towards a little girl.
< p>In footage filmed by the girl's aunt, the child can be seen visibly excited to meet the famous mouse trying to give her a hug. This kind of practice is commonplace at Disney theme parks; several visitors line up, sometimes even for more than an hour, to meet the characters, share a funny moment and have a hug.
However, the little girl in the video saw Minnie emphatically denying her a hug. Instead, the mascot turns the girl, not without difficulty, in the other direction for the photo. The child tries a second time to hug Minnie, but Minnie turns her around again.

“I really hope that Disney will provide a good explanation, because it is not correct. (Going to Disney) is supposed to be to create magical moments for children.”
Several netizens also mentioned hearing other Disney mascot stories that had been rude to visitors.
