One year after the Mascouche tornado, still painful memories

A commemoration will be held Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. at Mascouche City Hall to mark the tornado that damaged more than 100 homes on the same date last year.< /p>
A total of 115 properties were damaged by the tornado, some reported total loss thereafter. The tornado, categorized as EF2, produced winds that reached 220 km/h.
