Due to "reorientation", considering that he no longer has the time to devote himself fully to his role as an elected official, the municipal councilor of the majority leaves his delegations.

Oscar Bonamy, municipal councilor, delegate for green spaces, cleanliness and waste management, has just abandoned his delegations as an elected official in the City of Béziers.

"I am not leaving the municipal council, explains Oscar Bonamy who assures that he will remain in support of Robert Ménard, the mayor. Simply, for personal reasons, a reorientation, I no longer have the time to invest myself as before.  "

The mayor warned since May

According to our information, Oscar Bonamy would like to enter the orders. He claims to have informed the mayor of his choices at the end of the municipal council meeting last May: “I informed Robert Ménard of my choices, it was done by mutual agreement, specifies the man who also left his job before the summer. A civil engineer, I was a project manager on the construction sites, exactly, a project manager for execution. This is the person who oversees the entire project."

Oscar Bonamy does not yet know whether or not he will stay in Béziers in the coming months. But he believes that the fact that he is abandoning his delegations will not pose a problem: “In this department, everything is well-oiled”, he assures.
