Paris | in Spite of the seven million cases of novel coronavirus reported, more than 400 000 deaths in the world and progression is rampant in South America, the trend of déconfinement and the re-opening is confirmed for Monday in many countries.
According to a tally conducted by the AFP, from an official source (and that does not reflect, however, that a fraction of the actual number of cases), at least 7 003 851 cases of infection have been identified, including in Europe, the continent most affected with more than 2.2 million new cases and more than 183 000 deaths.
But even in Latin America, where the spread of the pandemic remains a concern, time is the easing of restrictions, in the order shown to restart the economies affected.

India, where the epidemic remains virulent, allows from Monday the reopening of its shopping centres and places of worship.
The businessman Mohit Budhiraja was made Monday morning at his hindu temple in the capital New Delhi for the first time since the beginning of the confinement with a mask and hydroalcoholic gel.
Tunnels of sanitation
“Go to the temple is part of my daily life. Something I missed when I wasn’t able to go to the temple during all these weeks,” he confided.

Poland, which has also started its déconfinement, however, has registered during the weekend a spike in infections, with 1151 new cases. Among the infected persons, almost two-thirds of the employees of the coal mine Zofiowka, in the south of the country, and members of their families.
In contrast, the United Kingdom, with a total of 40 542 deaths, rises only the dropper the restrictions.
Any person arriving in the United Kingdom from abroad must observe from Monday, a quarantine of 14 days, a measure of the effectiveness disputed that disturb the air and tourism.

The official toll has crossed the threshold of 36, 000 deaths, knowing that the scientific community in Brazil the estimates much lower than reality.
Chile has recorded records in the past 24 hours, with 96 deaths and 6405 contamination, bringing the total dead to 2290.
This pandemic “teaches us that we are a big family. What happens to a human being to Wuhan happens to the entire planet, to all of us. This phase will allow construction companies and factories of the capital of the american economy back to work. Retail shops will be allowed to reopen under a restricted form.
