DJ David Guetta, who was performing in concert this Saturday evening, June 9, at the prestigious Château de Chambord, expressed his astonishment at not having been called for the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games on July 26.

On the lawns in front of the Château de Chambord, many admirers of the DJ wondered why the artist was not expected for the big Parisian ceremony.

"If you have the answer you will give it to me. Because I didn’t understand at all. At the global level, I am still between the 4th and 15th most listened to artist in the world, not DJ artist", David Guetta told an AFP correspondent before the giant concert.

"To give you an idea, Beyoncé must be 40th or 50th. But no one called me. And yet I am French and I love France. That’s how it is!", added the 56-year-old artist.

A scenario kept very secret

Only ten people know the exact scenario of the spectacle of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, which will last 3 hours and 45 minutes and which will begin at 7 p.m. nbsp;30 and hears "breaking the codes" by standing outside a stadium for the first time, according to the Games Organizing Committee.
