At 22, the Frenchwoman lost in a tiebreaker against South Korean Yang Jiin, while they were tied 37-37 after 10 sets of five shots, Hungarian Veronika Major completing the podium.

She thus remained in contact with the podium throughout the final, after finishing 7th in qualifying the day before.

Jedrzejewski broke down

This allowed her to find herself in a "shoot-out", a tiebreaker, against the South Korean Yang Jiin, while they were tied 37-37 after the 10 series of five shots.

Unfortunately, Jedrzejewski only hit the mark once where his opponent hit the bullseye four times. Hungarian Veronika Major completed the podium.

France will perhaps still have a chance of a medal on Saturday afternoon, if Eric Delaunay, 5th in the men's Skeet qualifiers after the first day of qualifying on Friday, manages to stay among the top six in the end of the two series of 25 shots which took place in the morning.
