L'athlète va courir ce vendredi 9 août à 19 h 30 au stade France avec trois coéquipières de l'équipe de France. 

This Thursday morning, as part of the Paris Olympic Games, Hélène Parisot from Saint-Affrique qualified with the French team for the final of the women's four times 100 m relay. At the Stade de France, during the second qualifying series, out of eight teams, the French women came second in 42 13 behind the Great Britain team. Hélène Parisot took over the third relay, in the bend.

"We're going to give it our all in the final"

"We're going to give it our all in the final," commented on the Saint-Affricaine on France 2. "We're ready. We've all been working together for several years." Chloé Galet, her teammate added: “We are really happy with what we did. The atmosphere was really incredible. We managed to stay focused. We wanted to prove our values ​​and that the work could be done. I am really proud of our team. This Friday, August 9, it should go even faster.”

Gémina Joseph adds: “We are setting off with the goal of going as far as possible. We have no limits.” Orlan Olière concludes: “You always have to take risks in a relay. We will take the necessary risks for the final.” After the qualifying semi-final, Gérard and Sara Parisot, her parents, spoke with their daughter. “There was an extraordinary atmosphere when the team entered the stadium” emphasizes Gérard Parisot.

“There is yelling, there is excitement, there is singing. A relay is never won in advance because it is about speed and technique. And anything can happen. That's what's sublime. It will be very close because all the teams are high-level. In each one there are champions. That's what's beautiful." The final of the women's four times 100 m relay will be held this Friday, August 9 at 7:30 p.m.
