Julie Saucerotte is organizing a brand new event at the Palais des Congrès on October 10.

A doctor of pharmacy and sophrologist, Julie Saucerotte is organizing the "Lumen Show" at the Palais des Congrès du Cap d’Agde on October 10, starting at 7 p.m.

Why the lumen ? "Because it is the unit of measurement of luminous power, but phonetically, we also hear the human", explains the organizer, who says a little more about the philosophy of this event. “To be able to shine and radiate on the outside, we must first learn to know ourselves better, dare to explore our dark areas to bring light to them and transform our fears into love.”

A vast undertaking that we can tackle through a three-hour show, punctuated by very short conferences – no more than 15 minutes – and dynamic. Interventions interspersed with musical clips and other surprises, just to keep the audience awake.

This evening is intended for both companies and the general public. We will talk about self-confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence, relational development, success, professional performance but also health. “My goal is to make people laugh, cry, vibrate, dream, motivate and think”, continues Julie, who has been hard at work for several months now.

On stage, nine speakers will speak on the theme of personal development. All experts in their fields and versed in the codes of the stage: magician and mentalist, consultant in influence negotiation, a world champion in mind mapping (concert of organization and prioritization of information, editor's note) and speed reading, a health and well-being coach, an anti-aging general practitioner, a speaker specializing in resilience and self-improvisation, a psychologist, actress and European improvisation champion, not forgetting Julie Saucerotte of course!
