The players of Cochonnet Canaulois have qualified for the final phase of the Occitanie club championship, scheduled for October 5 in Nîmes.

Three Gard teams played on the weekend of September 21 and 22 in Palavas a qualifying zone round for the Final Four of the Occitanie club championship, on October 5 in Nîmes.

The competition, interrupted on Saturday afternoon (bad weather), ended as best it could the next day at the indoor bowling alley in Lézignan-Corbières. Without some teams that had thrown in the towel, like the junior vice-champions of Gard of Cochonnet Canaulois.

The juniors of ASM Codolet eliminated

Among the juniors, the players of ASM Codolet, after a 22-2 victory over Razes (Aude) and a 24-0 defeat against Palavas, fell 8-16 against Entente Vermelle (Pyrénées-Orientales).

The Gard cadet champions of Cochonnet Canaulois saved their honor. After a 12-12 draw against Marseillan, they beat Narbonne 18-4 and rolled against Pays Catalan (16-0), without playing the triplet and the shot.

On the games of L’Estanque, this team will aim for the regional title and the place in the French championship, in Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf (Seine-Maritime), on October 25, 26 and 27.
