MONTREAL | The explosion of a propane tank set fire to a home Thursday in Montreal, in the district of Tétreaultville.
According to firefighters, the explosion occurred around 4 pm on the balcony of a house in the avenue of Brussels, close to the rue Sainte-Claire.
The fire was quickly contained by 40 firefighters, who participated in the operation.
No one was injured during the fire, but the family had to be relocated.
An investigation was initiated to understand why the tank exploded.
