[PHOTOS] Celebrity fashion: lingerie inspiration at the Vanity Fair party

UPGRADE DAY

The trends spotted on the red carpet of the Oscars (which wanted to be rather ivory for this 95th edition) were also spotted at the evening Vanity Fair. The event following the ceremony usually sees a series of festive outfits take a spin, but this year the majority of guests preferred an approach that leans towards classicism. 

Thus, black and white dominated the evening in a variety of silhouettes, the common point of which is lingerie. From the lace bodice for one, to the boned bustier for the other, passing for the visible corset, the visible bra and the now famous nipple-covering feather, everything points to an assumed sensuality. 

Hunter Schafer

Surprised at first sight, I got used to this audacious silhouette of Ann Demeulemeester. Hunter Schafer carries it with aplomb. After all the sheer dresses of the past few years, this feather shouldn't bother!

Shawn Mendes opted for a Dolce & Gabbana paired with a knit funnel neck sweater.
