From May 21 to October 1, music-loving festival-goers will be invited, almost every Sunday, to dance to the rhythm of various styles of electronic music. In May, make way for the playful house of Louie Vega, the techno of the Minneapolis DJ DVS1, the Italian nights of Deborah de Luca (who had to cancel her visit in 2019) and the sound of the Berliners FJAAK (DJ SET).

The cult Belgian duo 2manydjs as well as the European arrow of Ukrainian origin, Miss Monique will also perform under the Montreal sun; a warmer return for the Dj who had offered a memorable performance at Igloofest.

In July, the performance of the Franco-Ecuadorian sound explorer Nicola Cruz, who will offer a DJ set, promises to attract crowds, just like that of the American Kerri Chandler, figurehead of deep house who will be at his very first participation in Piknic Électronik in Montreal. Australian Skin On Skin, TOKiMONSTA, Chris Avantgarde and Aurora Halal will also have their moment on stage in the heat of Montreal in July.

In August, Piknic Électronik will host Detroit legend DJ Stingray 313 who will perform with German Helena Hauff, Italian duo Fideles and The Blessed Madonna. The French collective Dure Vie will also celebrate its 10th anniversary with the new kings of italo-disco INFRAVISION, accompanied by the Parisian DJ and producer Belaria. The festival will close with one of Astra Club's few dates in North America.

20 years of immersive experiences

Close 52 Quebec artists will participate in this great summer anniversary celebration, including the popular and unconditional Piknic, Misstress Barbara, who will perform on Labor Day Sunday, September 3.

Six events off Piknic Électronik – concerts in concert mode on the Piknic site on Fridays and Saturdays – are also confirmed.

For 20 years, Piknic Électronik has been on a mission to create immersive and social experiences placed under the sign of conviviality and brings together thousands of electronic music lovers every Sunday in the summer, becoming a flagship event on the Montreal summer cultural circuit.
