[PODCAN] The Paid Zone: It’s time to separate the men from the children in the NFL

MISE À DAY

Several NFL coaches, including the inimitable Bill Belichick, have often said that Thanksgiving is when the real season begins. In our new episode of The Paying Zone, we observe how separated men will be from children in the weeks to come.

The noose is tightening on some teams like the Packers, who are desperately clinging to a net of hope to qualify for the playoffs. For others, like the 49ers and Buccaneers, the tide seems to have finally turned after tough starts.

Clubs with stellar records like the Eagles, Vikings, Jets and Giants are strutting their stuff, but could they be in trouble? What about other emerging teams like the Titans and Bengals, who won't have a gift by the end of the season? La Zone paints a picture of the situation at a critical juncture in the season in its news segment, as well as answering many questions from listeners.

  • Listen to the podcast Pay Zone below:

As you have seen this season, your podcast centered on the NFL also gives space to our local football. This week, the Rouge et Or will face the Saskatchewan Huskies in London, as part of the Vanier Cup. Nothing better to discuss it than our special guest, who experienced this confrontation from the inside in the past with the Rouge et Or, Arnaud Gascon-Nadon. The latter also talks about his love-hate relationship with football and his love for the Jets.

All 32 teams are in action this week and our two analysts are making their predictions.

And the section “At the Bar!” in all of that? A perpetual subscriber is joining an organization that is…unappetizing this week! Enjoy!
