The Élysée announced this Sunday, January 14 that the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron will hold a press conference on Tuesday, January 16 at 8:15 p.m.

The Head of State had "made an appointment" to the French in January. This speech will take place before the general policy declaration of the new Prime Minister, Gabriel Attal, to the National Assembly.

This will be the first public intervention by the Head of State since the appointment of Gabriel Attal as Prime Minister.

Emmanuel Macron must then go to Switzerland for the Davos forum on Wednesday January 17.
