Primark, Hugo-Boss… the complete list of brands setting up shop in the coming weeks and months at Odysseum in Montpellier

Outre Primark, attendue pour fin 2025, ou encore le changement de local de Zara déjà effectué, le centre commercial annonce l’arrivée de belles enseignes.

Déjà ouverts :

– the jewels Balaboosté (in place of Banana Moon) ;
– men's ready-to-wear Serge-Blanco (in the former Calvin-Klein premises).

By summer:

– tights Calzedonia and underwear Intimissimi (ex- premises of La chaise longue) ;
– ready-to-wear Hugo-Boss (ex-Guess premises) ;
– On the fun side, the fast food Popeye’s is set up in place of Casa Inesa.

During the second half of 2024:

– sneakers from Foot locker and cosmetics Rituals(ex-locals of Du noise dans la cuisine, Marionnaud and Wizzard geek) ;
– the bags Cabaïa and the telephone accessories La Casa de las Carcasas (both in place of Kookaï).

Et Sauramps ? Et Casino ?

Remains the case of Sauramps. When the shopping center opened, the brand was one of its driving forces. However, its parent company, Amétis, a subsidiary of Hugar headed by architect François Fontès, is currently experiencing difficulties and the 2022 and 2023 accounts have not been submitted. The Montpellier bookseller has just given way to Zara and is located in a pop-up store on the ground floor. Work to develop the future Odysseum premises, next to Darty, has not started.

Finally, uncertainty also remains over the future of the hypermarket which will not remain in the fold Casino.
