Product recall: Leclerc, Carrefour, Auchan… Salakis cheese recalled throughout France for a risk of glass presence

Des dés de fromage de la marque Salakis, vendus dans plusieurs grandes surfaces, font l'objet d'un rappel national de produits pour un risque de présence de verre.

Since Friday March 8, 2024, cubes of sheep's cheese from the Salakis brand, with Provencal herbs and peppers flavor, are currently the subject of a massive recall throughout France, as indicates the site RappelConso. In question: the possible presence of pieces of glass.

The presence of pieces of glass

The product concerned is a 300 gram glass jar, referenced with the barcode 3023260005872, whose consumption date is July 7, 2024. These cheeses were marketed ;nbsp;across France in Leclerc, Auchan, Casino and Carrefour supermarkets between January 30 and March 8, 2024. 

"Due to the risk of injury and adverse reactions following ingestion of this product, as a precaution, it is recommended for persons who hold products belonging to the batches described above not to consume them", indicates RappelConso.
