QMJHL: Gatineau Olympiques pulverize Saint John Sea Dogs

The Saint John Sea Dogs had a long, long afternoon at the Slush Puppie Center on Saturday. The Gatineau Olympiques beat the New Brunswick team 11 to 3. 

Louis Robitaille's team strafed the visitors' cage with 51 shots. This offensive effort resulted in three goals in the first period and four in the second and third periods. 

Forward Samuel Savoie led the way with two goals and three goals. 'aid. Zachary Dean (two goals, two assists) and Marcel Marcel (one goal, three assists) and Olivier Boutin (two goals) also shone brightly.

Antoine Michaud, Colin Ratt, Alexis Gendron and Cole Cormier also participated in the demolition work.

Montreal Canadiens prospect Riley Kidney curiously collected only one assist during this offensive festival. His teammates will surely not blame him: he has amassed 24 points in 10 duels since being acquired from the Acadie-Bathurst Titan.

At Colisée Desjardins, captain Maxim Pellerin scored two goals and as many assists in a 5-2 win by the Victoriaville Tigres at the expense of the Foreurs of Val-d'Or.
